Wyldsky

Wyldsky"The self-titled album opens with the storming Next World, a devastating statement of intent complete with a barrage of drums, crunch riffs and Tyler's ball-busting holler, imagine if you will Alice Cooper at his prime backed by Led Zeppelin and you're in the right kind of vicinity, the track is a shout along epic that sets the mood for stunning ten track lesson in rock.

Holding On and Where You Belong have a rootsy feel adding a touch of Americana or Southern Rock to the proceedings, as Tyler delivers a wonderfully powerful, gravelly croon, whilst in contrast, Rendezvous is an epic, near seven minute ballad that drips with passion, oozes with class and features a masterful guitar solo that'll have lovers of hard rock drawling in appreciation.

My Baby is a brilliant sing-a-long rocker that opens with a sublime slice of rock n' roll, honky-tonk piano before developing into a hook-laden rock classic complimented by a chorus that's probably more contagious than the common cold.

Whilst Comin' On showcases just what the band are capable of, they open the track with a lovely bit of acoustic finger picking and a delicate vocal croon before stepping on the power and cranking up the intensity to create a thumping slab of near metal that's just perfect for waking up your neighbours and acquiring whiplash as you bang your head frantically to the awesome display of power..."
